What is Forest School?
Forest School is an exciting learning experience that offers children the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in an outdoor area. It is a hands-on, learner led experience; with adults available to support and inspire children. It is flexible in its approach to learning, leading learners to become independent in their explorations. Children are invited to problem solve, take carefully calculated risks and continue a path of self-discovery, all within a natural environment.
Our Forest School sessions will take place in Caswell’s Forest our Mini Forest. It caters for all of our children; from Nursery though to Key Stage 2.
In addition to it supporting and enhancing the Mytham curriculum offer, we also run holiday clubs during half term breaks.
